About Terry Voorheis

Terry has been a proud resident of Dripping Springs since 1992. In her previous career she traveled the world visiting companies that manufactured equipment for the semiconductor industry. Her travels have taken her to South Korea, Thailand, Germany and Japan to name a few. As much as she enjoyed the travel, Terry is always excited to return home to the Texas Hill Country.

Even before Terry became a REALTOR, real estate was an important part of her life beginning with the purchase of her first home in Commerce Texas in 1983. Since that time, Terry and her husband Randy, have bought and sold numerous properties as investments and in the last 10 years have purchased and developed several commercial properties in the Dripping Springs area. In 2010, after more than 50 personal real estate transactions, Terry decided to leave the semiconductor industry and obtain her real estate license. Since that time, she has had the privilege to represent many buyers and sellers from all walks of life and prides herself in treating each client’s transaction as if it were her own. In 2015 Terry and her son Kevin, who was a successful REALTOR in Hawaii for many years, teamed up to offer real estate services in Austin and the Texas Hill Country.

As for the future, real estate will undoubtedly continue to be a driving force in Terry’s personal and professional life.

In addition to her real estate work, Terry proudly owns and manages a successful Airbnb.
